NCEO 2026 Annual Employee Ownership Conference
The premier annual gathering for the employee ownership community — brought to Milwaukee in 2026. Featuring sessions on ESOPs, EOTs, and worker cooperatives, the NCEO Annual Conference brings together business owners, practitioners, and advocates from across the country. Alongside ESOPs and co-ops, EOTs are highly customizable yet provide a simpler solution for broad-based employee ownership.
